[Reminder] Circular # 155 -Issuance Of Medical Fitness Certificates

Reference: CIR-2018-SHN0865

To: All Health Facilities and Healthcare Professionals Licensed by DHA

 

In an effort to promote the highest standards of healthcare quality and patient safety and maintain communication across our healthcare providers and strategic partners, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

1.     As per Executive Council Resolution No. 17 of 2017 (attached) Medical Fitness Certificates can only be issued by Dubai Health Authority- Medical Fitness Occupational Health Centers. Therefore, please adhere to the following instructions:-

2.  Refrain from processing any Medical Fitness Certificates that require DHA Attestation for travel, immigration, visa,embassy requests, clearance of communicable disease and occupational health, and for academic purposes.

3.   Abstain from issuing any health or occupational fitness certificates that require completion of administrative paper works (documents) at any governmental or private bodies in Dubai

4.The authorized and certified DHA centers for issuing the mentioned certificates are:

§     Uptown Occupational Health Screening Centre – 04- 502-4716

§    Jumeirah lake towers -medical screening center - 04- 502-4903/4909
